Finger Position One:

- Third finger low (touches second finger)

Finger Position Two
- Scale starts on a low third finger
- Second finger low (touches first finger)

Finger Position Three
- Scale starts on a high first finger
- First, second and third fingers do not touch
- Fourth finger (if used) touches third finger
